Report an issue

Before contacting support, be prepared to provide a description of the problem. This includes symptoms and the sequence of events leading to the problem. Also, be prepared to provide the following information for more efficient service:

You can find the version and build numbers in Help > About in the user interface. You also can find the version and build numbers by running the versionInfo tool in the Interchange/tools directory. Run the tool without parameters to generate the list. You can use this tool if you cannot access the user interface. Activator server does not have to be running to use the tool.

Users who have purchased technical support services can access the support web site, to get help in identifying and resolving problems. The URL is https://support.axway.com/. The site has answers to frequently asked questions and technical papers. A password is required to use the site.
