Generate cluster thread dumps

Click the Generate cluster thread dumps link on the System management page to generate a file of system statistics to use for troubleshooting. Technical Support may ask you to generate and send one of these files while investigating a problem for you. These files do not contain user-consumable information.

When you click the link, a dialog box offers you three options:

• Open – Open a window displaying thread dump information
• Save – Save the thread dump information to a file
• Cancel – Abandon the action
